Mixed Levels (Hatha)
- Beginners welcome
A practice that offers modifications to make the pose more,
or less challenging. (40 minutes)
• Meets on Monday, Wednesday, & Fridays at 12:00 p.m. - 17 classes for $51 (3 days/week)

Basic Hatha
Beginners welcome
This class covers basic poses. Physical intensity, light to
moderate.

Mat Pilates
Beginners welcome
Create longer, stronger, leaner muscles, increased flexibility,
better posture, flatter abdominals, while uniting the mind/
body.
(45 minutes)
• Meets on Monday & Wednesdays at 5:15 p.m.

- 6 classes for $24 (1 day/week)
Ashtanga Primary
Experience recommended
This class follows the Ashtanga Primary Series in the tradition
of Pattabhi Jois. Choose a class from the following.
• 6 classes for $42 (1 day/week)
• 12 classes for $84 (2 days/week)
Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga
This class is for anyone that has never practiced yoga.
This class will focus on the breathing, sun salutations and
standing sequence of the Ashtanga practice. (45 minutes)
• 4 classes for $28 (classes will start on May 23, 2011)
Strength 4 the body
Beginners welcome
This class will be held in the Wellness Area, twice weekly-
45 minute strengthening class using dumbbells, tubing, fitness
balls, BOSU.
• Meets Tuesday & Thursday at 4:30 p.m.
• 6 classes for $24 (1 class/wk)
• 12 classes for $48 (2 classes/wk)
Vinyasa
Participants should have experience with Sun Salutations.
Sequences of yoga asanas (poses) that synchronize breath
with movement in a flowing manner. (75 minutes)

Gentle Yoga
Beginners Welcome
An easier, slower version of our Hatha class. Participants
must be able to get on and off the floor (chairs available).
Ideal for seniors and overweight yoga students.
• Meets on Monday & Thursday
• 11 classes for $33 (2 days/week)
• 6 classes for $18 (1 day/week)
• Seniors receive a 20% discount
Beginner Ashtanga Yoga
For Yoga students that have been through the Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga.
Working beyond the basics; focus is put on getting comfortable with the basics taught in the Intro. class, and learning poses from the Primary Series.
Meets on Thursdays at 5:30 p.m.

Introduction to Mat Pilates
This class is for anyone that has never done Pilates. Learn the basics of Mat Pilates, creating longer, stronger, leaner muscles, while improving flexibility and posture.
Meets on Wednesdays at 6:30p.m.

Belly Dance Basics
Belly Dance Basics will introduce you to the art and exercise of belly dance. Learn basic stationary and traveling movements. This class is perfect for all body types and women of all ages who have never danced before.

Hips & Knees
Beginners Welcome
Focus will be put on internal rotators, external rotators, adductors, abductors, to loosen hips. Exercises will be done to strengthen the knees. Class will end with restorative poses.
