Strength Training, Aerobics and Nutrition
The Wellness Center offers guidance in strength training, aerobic activities and nutritional information. Work out with a Certified Personal Trainer who can design fitness programs that will meet your fitness goals and needs. A personal trainer will help you stay motivated and focused. You can have your own private one-on-one sessions or semi-private sessions. Private sessions range from one half hour to one hour in length and semi-private lessons are one hour and fifteen minutes.
Unlimited use of Wellness Center
The use of the Wellness Center is included with a membership to the Yoga/Pilates classes.
The objective of the Wellness Center is to improve a client’s quality of life.
You have the option of paying a separate fee to use the Wellness Center (unlimited) or signing up for Personal training sessions.
$50/month (this fee is only if you do not attend classes).
