Meet Denise Stewart - Owner & Operator of the Yoga and Wellness Center

Denise is a Practitioner of Yoga for 11 years, She has been a Certified Yoga Instructor for 9 years, Certified through the Yoga Institute of Houston.

Besides owning and operating the Yoga & Wellness Center she also Instructs Yoga classes for Owatonna Community Education, Faribault Parks & Recreation and Federated Insurance. 

She has been certified in Mat Pilates for 7 years and also instructs these classes at Federated Insurance and Faribault Parks & Recreation.

She holds the position of Health & Fitness Coordinator for the Faribault Parks & Recreation Department where she is involved with equipment orientations, personal training and misc. fitness/health programs which inlcude instructing Spinning Classes, she is a 2 year certified Spinning instructor, and a Certified Personal Trainer for 8 years.
